Le Maroc Hotel Patong

Location was great. I wanted to be in the mix. For those who like sleep, make sure you are not in a balcony room near the main strip. The rooms are not soundproof. The staff is accommodating. The older lady seemed annoyed at times... I would not stay again unless I needed to.

Plenty of things can be done to help the room. Most can be accomplished with caulk and a good maintenance person. Balcony door would not lock. Shower leaks water into the bathroom floor. I didn't encounter any bugs like some mentioned.

The property was in a great location, but that being said it was very chaotic and it felt like you were always being in a hustle when we arrived they tried to upsell us to a bigger room and a matter where you are in this area you’re being sold to if you’re coming for a good party and to hang out and get some good night life it is excellent if you’re coming for a relaxing beach vacation, I would choose somewhere else

Wi-Fi was out for two of the three days I was there with no real good explanation, I understand it's not their fault however everyone else had it around them.

The staff are the best, they are super kind and nice. The location is perfect, near everything. The rooms were luxurious and cozy.

No pool at hotel. No baths in bathroom.

It was my third time I traveled to Phuket and till now base on the price it was the best place I stayed. The staff were amazing and very safe , we never put our money in safe and they cleaner always came and cleaned the room and nothing happened. The property is not 5 start obviously so don’t expect you staying in W hotel but with price you pay deserves.

The elevator needed to change however they informed us it will be but even during my stay I never faced problem

The location!

The staff asked me for extra money for sea view and there was no sea view! He refused to take card asked me to go and withdraw cash!

The hotel is new but needs sound insulation on the doors and windows.location is very excellent

Clean room and away from noisy. staff specially Ms. Emmy and Mr. Khant who supporting me for everything and too kindly. The location is fantastic and close of all activities less than 5 minutes walking. Provide other services for free with no charges.

I had a perfect stay.The reception staff (Amy and her colleagues) were very friendly and welcoming.The location is superb, right in the middle of everything.The hotel was cosy small and very clean.The room was very nicely decorated and spacious bathroom/shower.

I loved everything but since it is in the heart of the busy area so it is expected to hear late time street noise, but thats just the lively area nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is located on Patong Beach, close to 100 meters from the sea, from Kudo Bar, via Bangla and Gensilon Mall. The rooms are spacious and also have a balcony and the price is very fair. The staff is very nice and family-like and it is really pleasant to stay there.

I booked over booking.com but the hotel was very tight and small , not complaining about the location No bar no swimming pool balcony almost hard to move very small Room very small Bathroom toilet good I like itStaff was good I like the service 4 nights I paid almost 10000 bath which i usually pay for hotel including breakfast swimming pool and all resorts facilities I think the price was higher than the value

I like everything.

The location is quite central, but that is it. We are disappointed with this hotel. We were given a bug infested room. We would go somewhere else if it wasn’t midnight. We were given another room, which seemed cleaner after complaining. The hotel had scheduled bug spraying in the entire facility the next day.We found the beds very uncomfortable. Both my sister and I felt like sleeping on plywood. Also, as two ladies travelling, we didn’t feel like we were matching hotel’s customer base. The room we stayed was small (two single beds) It is not enough cupboard space, although bathroom is spacious like in the pictures.
